The ideal candidate will have experience delivering external technical support in diverse environments, efficiently resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The External Technician will be responsible for visiting customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment and systems, performing equipment installations and configurations, and providing training when necessary. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to provide technical support to customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems. Perform equipment installations, configurations, and maintenance. Provide technical training and guidance to customers when required. Maintain accurate records of activities performed and report relevant information to the internal team. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with the internal team to identify opportunities for improving technical processes and procedures. Requirements: Technical education in related fields such as electronics, information technology, or telecommunications. Proven experience in external technical support. Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers. Ability to efficiently solve problems and work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to serve customers in various locations.
