The ideal candidate will have experience providing external technical support in diverse environments, efficiently solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. The External Technician will be responsible for visiting customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing equipment installations and configurations, and delivering training when required. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to provide technical support to customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment. Provide technical training and guidance to customers when necessary. Maintain accurate records of performed activities and report relevant information to the internal team. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and efficiently resolving issues. Collaborate with the internal team to identify opportunities for improvement in technical processes and procedures. Requirements: Technical education in related fields such as electronics, computer science, or telecommunications. Proven experience in external technical support. Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers. Ability to efficiently solve problems and work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to serve customers in various locations.
