Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials and products, monitoring production processes and inspections, and providing technical support to customers and the sales department. Provide technical guidance and support to customers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Ensure analysis of all incoming raw materials by collecting samples according to the standard methodology of the Ministry of Agriculture and evaluating their physical and chemical conditions, such as moisture or free water, hardness, free acidity, heavy metals, and nutrient content, to produce high-quality products; * Evaluate storage conditions of raw materials; * Calculate required quantities of raw materials to meet nutrient guarantee specifications in formulations requested by the market; * Monitor the mixing process of raw materials and verify analytical reports and test results; * Verify compliance with regulatory instructions issued by the Ministry of Agriculture during the mixing process, particularly regarding guarantees stated on labels and invoices, packaging, weights, and cargo loading and handling; * Monitor activities of official inspection agencies during their periodic visits to factories, customer warehouses, and field locations; * Monitor expert analyses conducted by official agencies in cases of non-conformity with declared guarantees; * Address customer needs for technical guidance, including field support; * Monitor and evaluate new products to improve the quality of raw materials and formulations, such as various additives; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, tables, and forecasts of consumption and expenditures to facilitate planning and execution of tasks; * Support the Sales Department by providing technical guidance on the use and functions of nutrients essential for optimal crop productivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Agronomy, or related fields; * Knowledge of physical and chemical calculations, MS Office, and activities related to the field. **Work Location:** Rural Area \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Productivity Bonus (R$1\.100,00\*per company guidelines), Transportation (Home/Workplace\-at no cost to the employee)
