




Description: * Higher education completed or in final stages in Information Technology or related fields; * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and configuration of physical servers; * Experience administering the Microsoft 365 Business platform; * Ability to diagnose and resolve issues; * Experience with data backup and recovery tools and routines; * Experience configuring and maintaining network devices, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi networks; * Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and information security best practices; * Experience administering monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana; * Experience providing level 2 and 3 technical support; * Desired knowledge of the SIAGRI ERP structure or experience administering ERP architectures. * Perform IT-related activities focused on infrastructure, servers, networks, structured cabling, and technical support; * Maintain and design computer networks, actively participating in the analysis, study, selection, and planning of essential and supporting software and hardware; * Conduct maintenance of infrastructure services, ensuring data integrity and security; * Participate in project execution, following business rules and current legislation, according to activity planning and focusing on optimizing resources used; * Administer Windows and/or Linux operating systems, ensuring their stability and security; * Perform preventive hardware maintenance by identifying and replacing faulty components; * Provide technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving IT infrastructure-related issues; * Document operational procedures and create internal troubleshooting guides; * Implement monitoring tools to track infrastructure performance; * Generate periodic reports on the health and utilization of infrastructure resources. 2510100202241217179
