Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor will monitor and supervise all operational processes, lead the execution of operational processes, and ensure achievement of performance indicators. Focus on continuous process improvement We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic and collaborative team. **Role:** * Perform all duties inherent to the position in accordance with the company's internal standards and regulations regarding safety, health, quality, and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise all operational processes; * People management and headcount control; * Lead the execution of operational processes as required by the process; * Maintain necessary contacts (with clients and management) to convey information and expedite decision-making within your scope of authority; * Ensure achievement of performance indicators for assigned processes, with a focus on their continuous improvement. * **Report to the manager.** **Competencies and Experience:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in people management.
