Serve customers via phone, WhatsApp, or in person, providing support and information. Present products, pricing, and promotions to increase sales. Register orders in the system, ensuring accurate invoice issuance and goods segregation. Monitor orders and delivery deadlines, keeping customers informed. Maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities. Update and manage customer records and controls, organizing commercial information. Support the dispatch and logistics department to ensure proper order flow. Track sales targets and performance metrics, reporting to supervision. Contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as an Internal Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Representative, Sales Assistant, or Internal Account Executive may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
