Develop the team and ensure service excellence Position: After-Sales Coordinator Description: Coordinate the unit's after\-sales operation, ensuring integration among workshop, parts, technical consulting, inventory, warranty, and customer service, with a focus on operational and financial results, as well as service excellence. The professional will be responsible for driving departmental metrics, promoting increased revenue, workshop productivity, daily service order closure, service quality, average ticket growth, complementary estimates, NPS, and team development. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the after\-sales operation routine, ensuring smooth functioning of the workshop, parts department, customer service, and internal processes; * Monitor unit metrics daily: * Parts and service revenue; * Workshop productivity and efficiency; * Open and stalled service orders; * Immobilized vehicles; * Average ticket; * Complementary estimates; * NPS; * Counter sales and workshop sales; * Ensure daily service order closure; * Ensure daily service order closure; * Continuously improve workshop workflow, reducing bottlenecks and rework; * Promote high-quality technical complementary estimates with strong commercial argumentation; * Supervise technical consultants, mechanics, inventory staff, and parts team; * Ensure service excellence in vehicle handling, follow-up, and delivery; * Resolve customer conflicts while preserving the company's image; * Develop the team through supervision, feedback, and training; * Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes, audits, and operational standards; * Promote integration between parts and technical assistance to strengthen unit results. Requirements: * Experience in after\-sales management, workshop, parts, or technical assistance; * Experience in dealerships, automotive sector, diesel, transportation companies, or bodybuilders; * Experience leading operational and administrative teams; * Knowledge of productivity, efficiency, and revenue metrics; * Experience in customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
