Description: * Education level: Completed High School; * Work schedule: (Administrative or Shift); * Office Package: Basic knowledge of Excel; * Experience in the Fertilizer industry, reading and interpreting formulas and quantities; * Possession of CNH B driver's license; * PA Operator Certificate; * Reside in SINOP/MT; * Operate the control panel, indicating raw materials to be mixed, silos and/or hoppers to be used in the production process, in order to meet production orders. * Ensure productivity and efficiently fulfill loading orders, continuously improving the process in coordination with other production areas. * Perform general cleaning of equipment and facilities. * Carry out dosing of macro and micronutrients using the micro-dosing system, according to loading order requirements and mixing unit specifications. * Contribute to manufacturing activities within the production unit through proper operation of equipment. * Maintain and care for equipment, machinery, materials, and tools under their responsibility to extend operational lifespan. * Ensure organization and cleanliness within the unit by maintaining specific programs. * Guarantee final product quality by correctly following formulation sequences and processes. * Help maximize machine and equipment availability for production, as well as reduce losses during mixing and loading, through continuous improvement of production processes. * Perform other related duties associated with their role and work procedures. * Contribute to the integrated quality system regarding department goals and initiatives for continuous improvement 2510170202241814577
