Carry out market development by selecting potential partners (farmers) according to corporate strategies, defining demonstration areas, and comparing performance against conventional products, aiming to expand regional market share. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering; Knowledge of soybean and corn crop management (weeds, diseases, pests, fertilization, seeds, pesticides), sales, and market development will be considered a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); Active CREA registration.
