Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for identifying and eliminating faults, performing preventive maintenance, developing solutions and improvements for automation systems, and also serving as a technical reference and team support.

Description:
* Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation is required.
* Knowledge of automation systems, electrical installations, networks, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of programming logic.
* Identify, diagnose, and eliminate faults in contract systems;
* Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on automation systems according to the maintenance plan;
* Perform periodic backups of automation systems;
* Develop and implement solutions and improvements by installing, replacing, and configuring equipment relevant to systems covered under contracts;
* Maintain control and records of activities using maintenance management software and KPIs;
* Prepare technical reports on service interventions, detailing executed activities as well as suggestions and conclusions;
* Maintain good customer relations and provide support, being directly responsible for service delivery, feedback, and contractual routines; perform high-complexity diagnostics and maintenance across all systems;
* Support teams by facilitating problem diagnosis and solution implementation;
* Train and guide technicians with less experience, acting as a technical reference within the team;
