Description: * Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation required. * Knowledge of automation systems, electrical installations, networks and Office suite. * Programming logic knowledge. * Identify, diagnose and eliminate faults in contract systems; * Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on automation systems according to maintenance plan; * Perform periodic backups of automation systems; * Develop and implement solutions and improvements by installing, replacing and configuring equipment relevant to the systems maintained under contracts; * Maintain control and record of activities using maintenance management software and KPIs; * Prepare technical reports of service activities, describing executed tasks as well as suggestions and conclusions; * Maintain good customer relationship and support, being directly responsible for service delivery, feedback and contract routines; Perform high-complexity diagnostics and maintenance on all systems; * Support teams by acting as a facilitator in diagnosing and solving problems; * Train and guide less experienced technicians, acting as a technical reference within the team; 2511190202461141982
