Focus on health, safety, environment, and quality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code JOB MISSION * Assist the engineer or architect in managing construction teams, ensuring occupational health and safety, environmental protection, schedule adherence, and activity quality according to company procedures. Assist in measurements within the Sienge system; * Assist the engineer in developing and monitoring the construction execution plan; * Analyze quantity take-offs and budgeting. Monitor and ensure work execution complies with design specifications, focusing on occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and quality, providing necessary support to Engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for construction fronts delegated by Engineering, recording productivity metrics; * Assist in contractor measurements and site layout measurements within the Sienge system; * Support monitoring of construction execution to ensure occupational health and safety, environmental protection, quality, schedule adherence, and productivity; * Plan, organize, execute, and control civil construction projects; conduct technical investigations and surveys; define execution methodologies; specify equipment, materials, and services; * Compile unit costs for labor, equipment, materials, and services; allocate specific and general construction costs according to the budget; * Complete the monthly construction schedule planning; Support Engineering in complying with applicable legislation (CLT, NRs, Civil Code, Criminal Code, Federal Constitution, Environmental Legislation, etc.) to ensure the construction company's corporate safety. * **Requirements:** * Valid Driver's License Category A/B; * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture program; * Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in this role; * **CANDIDATES FROM OTHER CITIES ARE WELCOME, PROVIDED THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO RELOCATE TO SINOP/MT;** * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWDs**; * **A****dditional Information:** Salary disclosed during interview. **Work Location:** MT 140 \- Exit toward Santa Carmem City \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Disclosed during interview
