We are seeking a Senior COBOL/Mainframe Developer to work on technology transformation projects, developing and maintaining legacy systems in banking environments.

We are looking for a ***Senior COBOL/Mainframe Developer*** with solid experience in large-scale environments and hands-on expertise with traditional mainframe technologies—particularly in banking environments. We seek someone who demonstrates technical excellence, organization, and strong communication skills within agile teams.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop, debug, and maintain legacy systems in Mainframe environments;
Work with COBOL, JCL, and sequential file processing;
Use SQL and DB2/HPU for data handling and queries;
Operate and monitor scheduled jobs using scheduling tools such as CONTROL\-M and IWS;
Work with various mainframe utilities (HPU, SORT, PLAN, etc.);
Interact with environment-specific systems and tools such as HexaVision, TSO, CDES;
Actively participate in ceremonies and processes under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
COBOL;
JCL;
Mainframe utilities (HPU, SORT, PLAN...);
Sequential files;
DB2 (via HPU) and SQL;
CONTROL\-M and/or IWS;
Environment (HexaVision, TSO, CDES, etc.);
Agile team collaboration.
**Desirable (Nice-to-Have):**
VSAM knowledge;
ADABAS/Natural experience.
This position requires availability to travel to **Osasco** or **Curitiba**, twice per week.
