ID: 6000 URGENT Profile: Level 2 Support Technician Scope: Participation in the Equipment Replacement Project The professional will work exclusively on the equipment replacement project. Their responsibilities include: Preparing, formatting, and configuring equipment according to the client's defined standards; Performing equipment replacements directly with end users, as scheduled daily; Ensuring that new equipment is delivered with all tools, configurations, and files previously used by the user on the prior equipment; Ensuring that delivery, return, and checklist documents are always completed; Meeting the target of four replacements per day per technician. If the daily target is not achieved, the technician must provide evidence justifying the factors impacting expected performance. Additionally, given that replacements will occur across multiple locations, the technician must be aware that travel between sites will be required to fulfill the pre-scheduled agenda.
