




**Responsibilities:** * Providing specialized technical support (Level 2), both remotely and on-site, to users and ICT resources; * Diagnosing, resolving, and supporting more complex requests in collaboration with the Level 1 team; * Recording, analyzing, handling, and closing incidents and service requests in the service management system, ensuring quality, traceability, and SLA compliance; * Updating support scripts, knowledge base, and technical documentation according to defined standards; * Installing, configuring, testing, and supporting equipment, systems, and data networks during events, plenary sessions, elections, and temporary environments of the TRE-DF; * Assembling, disassembling, and conducting technical inspections; * Providing operational support to the immediate supervisor, preparing reports and spreadsheets; * Conducting electoral system tests, data transmission tests, and supporting ICT training. **What we are looking for?** * Completed high school education, verified by diploma; * Microsoft certification, accepting one of the following options: + Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); or + Equivalent or higher Microsoft certification for Windows environments; * Course in microcomputer maintenance and configuration, verified by certificate; * Experience in microcomputing activities. **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal/Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Certification Programs; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave.
