




Job Summary: Responsible for participating in the execution of system support activities, guiding and controlling operationality, maintenance, and technological updates. Key Highlights: 1. User training and information security **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for participating in the execution of system support activities—software and hardware—guiding, monitoring, and controlling operationality; performing maintenance, ensuring availability and technological updates; including user training for proper system utilization, thereby contributing to continuity, availability, integrity, security, and efficiency of information tools and systems. **Requirements:** * Assist in activities defined in technology projects and initiatives within the area of responsibility. * Register equipment and toner cartridges—both new and under maintenance. * Manage inventory of toner cartridges and IT equipment. * Provide internal support. * Prepare technical reports for equipment requiring external technical maintenance support. * Package and dispatch equipment for external maintenance. * Inspect security cameras twice weekly to detect potential recording failures. * Clear paper jams and replace printer cylinders for cooperative printers. * Clean scanners, point-of-sale readers, and cash register printers. * Provide direct technical assistance to users within the scope of intervention (low-complexity issues), or escalate problems to other services and/or specialized technicians. * Log and classify service requests, assign priority based on business criticality and service-level agreements, and determine the nature of issues. * Install, reinstall, and update software components and patches. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Desired Certifications: ITIL; COBIT * CPA (ANBIMA Certification) * Driver’s License Category A/B * Willingness to travel * Knowledge of Firewalls, CCTV, and Data Processing Centers (CPD). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
