Manages key performance indicators, prepares management reports, and supports operational, tactical, and strategic areas, aligning internal practices with market excellence standards. **Responsibilities and duties** Monitor DDGS, biomass, and corn inventories by regularly verifying records and adjusting discrepancies to ensure data accuracy for decision-making; Compile crosscheck data for biomass, DDGS, and corn using management systems for data collection to ensure information integrity for reporting and analysis; Gather and validate data for closing the industrial bulletin, applying verification and reconciliation methods to ensure accuracy of production and consumption reports; Maintain formulas and bulletins in the laboratory module, conducting periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy and guarantee reliability of generated information; Register warehouses and perform internal transfers in the CS system using established procedures to ensure all movements are correctly recorded; Develop SQL queries to feed dashboards and performance reports, using data analytics tools to facilitate KPI visualization and interpretation; Create performance indicators upon request from senior management, using collected data and statistical methodologies to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making; Implement and monitor administrative indicators related to the Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), using reports and periodic meetings to promote transparency and accountability for established goals; Consolidate and validate PPR results, holding meetings to present indicators and propose corrective actions to ensure alignment of goals with organizational objectives; Conduct statistical studies to redefine targets and optimize processes, applying analytical methodologies to increase operational efficiency and team performance; Create and share performance reports in Excel and Power BI, using data visualization tools to facilitate communication of results with management and other departments; Consolidate data for I\-SIMP and SAPCANA, using defined information systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational transparency; Monitor ethanol loading tests and track DDGS, performing necessary verifications and adjustments to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency; Identify raw material discrepancies and coordinate with the commercial department using effective communication to resolve issues promptly and maintain operational continuity; Participate in the review of policies and procedures, analyzing and suggesting improvements to ensure the company adheres to best practices and applicable regulations; Register information and respond to requests in internal systems using established protocols to ensure data organization and traceability; Develop and maintain SQL scripts to feed dashboards, applying data manipulation techniques to ensure timeliness and integrity of presented information; Perform activities in accordance with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, reporting any detected problems or damages to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Postgraduate degree preferred; Relevant work experience. **Additional information** Benefits: Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), Meal Allowance, Chartered Transportation, Wellhub, Orienteme, and Galena.
