




Our client is a company experiencing growth in the real estate sector and is seeking a professional to join its Human Resources team. **Responsibilities:** Support and guide recruitment and selection processes, evaluating and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Receive and analyze employee administration data, monitoring absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, and time banks in coordination with department heads. Manage benefits programs, including meal vouchers, education allowances, and transportation vouchers. Develop and implement professional training and development programs. Conduct, analyze, and, if necessary, administer performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and mandatory Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) to guarantee proper operations and safety for employees and service providers. Act as a mediator in labor relations matters and resolve internal conflicts. Verify whether HR system entries align with required metrics for accurate HR information management. Participate in developing and implementing people management policies aligned with the company’s objectives. Promote organizational culture and disseminate the company’s values and mission. Monitor HR performance indicators and prepare reports on departmental performance. Plan, execute, and monitor the HR department’s budget. Promote and delegate the organization of internal events and internal marketing initiatives. Provide managers with support on people management-related issues. Implement talent retention strategies. Participate in internal and external audits related to the HR department. Monitor market trends and best practices in people management. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in HR and Personnel Administration is desirable. **Required Courses and Training:** Knowledge of labor legislation, recruitment and selection techniques, training and development, and personnel administration. **Specific Technical Skills Required for the Role:** Knowledge of labor legislation. Conflict management. Data analysis. Information technology in HR. **Software Tools Used:** Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Online recruitment tools and job platforms. Familiarity with Sienge is desirable. **Behavioral Skills Required for the Role:** Effective communication. Empathy. Organization and planning.
