





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Permanent \- CLT labor code Responsible for assisting the team in executing various tasks related to HR subsystems \- recruitment and selection, onboarding, positions and salaries, career development, succession planning, education, training and development, and internal communication, contributing to the smooth execution of processes within the cooperative by following detailed instructions and acting in accordance with established norms and procedures. Support managers in recruitment and selection activities. Support corporate education / T\&D activities within their area of responsibility as determined by the department coordination. Carry out event organization tasks, such as: reproducing training materials, preparing badges, attendance lists, organizing rooms, folders, notebooks, pens, etc. Ensure smooth execution of report preparation and implementation schedules for programs, projects, controls, and departmental actions. Provide support in Personnel Administration (hiring, scheduling medical exams, time tracking). **Requirements:** Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in the field is desirable.
