Contribute to process improvement and team capacity building **Job Description** Provide operational support, repair, and maintenance services for the company's products within your assigned area of operation, using the knowledge, systems, and tools provided by the organization to promptly restore services and achieve the required service level. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Operational Execution**: Carry out assigned service requests from ticket management systems and the back-office team, utilizing company-provided knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit and prevent recurrence, thereby ensuring service quality and meeting agreed-upon service levels. * **Activation**: Participate in new service activation processes by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, performing tests, and taking actions to ensure proper functionality of the product, infrastructure, and other components at the service location. * **Maintenance**: After service activation, perform maintenance, conservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnosis, defect removal, consumable replenishment, and replacement of consumables. Conduct tests to confirm proper functionality of maintained components. * **Inspection, Conservation, and Cleaning**: Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and other components at the service location. Report requirements for repainting, component replacement, signage, and other elements whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. * **Installation and Testing of Security Devices**: Conduct periodic and functional tests on security devices included in the product. When necessary, install new security devices as specifically directed by the competent department. * **Handling Consumables and Components**: Request consumables and components from inventory as needed; ensure their packaging integrity; perform required replacements; return damaged components to inventory; and accurately record receipt and return conditions. * **Activity Logging**: Record entry and exit times, as well as all activities performed during the workday. * **Process Improvement**: Provide suggestions and ideas to improve processes and equipment comprising the company’s service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities within your operational area. * **Asset Stewardship**: Safeguard company assets assigned to you, ensuring appropriate conservation and maintenance. Report any incidents that may result in loss or damage of such assets to the responsible departments. Supervise third-party service execution to protect company assets and ensure activity effectiveness and appropriateness. * **Training and Meetings**: Attend training sessions and capacity-building activities offered by the company.
