




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 6:50 AM to 4:50 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured — CLT labor code * Assist in recruitment and selection processes, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in group dynamics; * Support the onboarding process of new employees, collecting and verifying documents, performing registrations, and preparing employment contracts; * Assist in administering employee benefits, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance plans, among others; * Support payroll preparation and verification, entering timekeeping data, overtime hours, absences, and other payroll events; * Assist in termination processes, preparing documents, conducting homologations, and advising employees regarding their rights; * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation required to comply with legal and labor obligations; * Assist in organizing and implementing training programs and personnel development initiatives; * Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics, providing data and information as needed; * Collaborate in implementing and maintaining Human Resources policies and procedures; * Provide support to employees by answering questions and addressing HR-related issues. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling HR documents and processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and departments; * Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION — AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Work Location:** Camping Club — Sinop **Benefits:** Attendance bonus, Meal voucher
