Job Summary: Professional responsible for recording and issuing invoices, controlling weighing operations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and guidance to colleagues. * Record invoices in the integrated system; * Issue loading orders for finished products; * Issue invoices after loading and weighing of DDGs, oil, and alcohol; * Issue monthly invoices for weight discrepancies of raw materials, such as corn and wood chips; * Perform daily closing of billed products; * Monitor and control weighing operations; * Organize and maintain archived sales and loading processes; * Stay updated on applicable sector legislation; * Support other related functional activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for analyzing operations and contracts to correctly determine the type of invoice, monitoring legislation, and ensuring compliance in invoice issuance and returns. Manages weighing controls, invoice issuance, and daily closing of production and dispatch (alcohol, oil, DDGS, and by-products). Also handles customer complaints, resolves operational queries, and interacts with support departments. Furthermore, ensures compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards; participates in continuous improvement initiatives; guides less experienced professionals; and performs administrative tasks with government agencies.
