The SGI Analyst is responsible for ensuring internal process compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting continuous improvement, and guaranteeing the effectiveness of nonconformity handling. This role works integrally across multiple departments, providing technical support, conducting training sessions, performing audits, and contributing to maintaining quality and environmental management systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage nonconformities: register, analyze root causes, monitor corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and guide involved departments. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure calibration and traceability of equipment used in quality controls, according to applicable standards. Plan and deliver training on Nonconformities, Document Control, Risk Management, PDCA, and other topics related to the SGI. Develop supporting materials and train leaders and teams on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Provide departmental support in meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification requirements. Update and control SGI documents, including policies, procedures, and records. Monitor the Environmental Management Program, ensuring proper waste disposal and compliance with legislation and internal standards.
