Performs activities in accordance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Identify potential accident risks by inspecting company areas; Investigate accidents by completing forms with data collected during interviews; Specify, guide, and supervise company employees and third-party personnel; Conduct occupational safety training and refresher courses for employees; Assist in preparing occupational safety-related statistical calculations; Support the implementation of SIPAT (Occupational Accident Prevention Week); Participate in fire prevention and firefighting training, and monitor fire extinguisher usage, recharging, and replacement needs; Maintain safety signage throughout company premises, ensuring its regularity and effectiveness in accident prevention; Distribute and control personal protective equipment (PPE), guaranteeing adequate stock levels and requesting purchases for replenishment; Support planning and delivery of periodic safety training for employees, including onboarding of new employees and third parties, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote employee awareness and engagement; Monitor and enforce deadlines and requirements related to PPRA (Program for the Prevention of Environmental Hazards), following the established action schedule; Guide relevant departments on compliance with occupational safety regulatory standards across the entire company, and monitor internal and external signage systems; Conduct safety inspections at the factory and field sites to identify unsafe working conditions and acts, notify responsible departments or involved employees, collect signatures, and minimize accident risks while raising employee awareness and sensitivity; Perform periodic inspections of the fire suppression system, checking hydrant systems and fire extinguishers, and arranging for recharging when necessary; Conduct periodic safety inspections in tank farm areas, checking for leaks and verifying installations. Drive an ambulance during emergency responses and assist in administering first aid and handling emergency situations; Perform job duties in strict adherence to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
