If you seek professional growth within a dynamic and challenging environment, join our team and contribute to our company’s success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducting field inspections to verify construction progress and monitor road monitoring and operational activities; * Preparing field reports and photographic records; * Documenting all field incidents and identified deficiencies; * Supporting the preparation of performance evaluation reports for construction projects according to the PER; * Supporting the preparation of construction progress monitoring reports and analysis comparing planned versus actual progress according to the PER; * Supporting delivery management with clients; * Participating in client meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Construction or equivalent experience in construction supervision; * Willingness to reside in SINOP – MT; * Solid experience in supervision of medium- to large-scale highway construction, monitoring, and highway operations; * Experience with highway concessionaires is desirable; * Valid driver’s license (CNH). **Additional Information** Work Location: Sinop\-MT Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
