





Description: We are seeking a Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) Analyst to act as an agent of transformation in people management. The professional will be responsible for planning and executing essential Training & Development (T&D) routines, supporting the Performance Management Cycle, and promoting initiatives that strengthen team Culture and Engagement. Responsibilities and Duties * Conducts resume analysis and profile assessment for the Recruitment & Selection (R&S) process; * Conducts interviews with candidates whose profiles best match the position; * Updates and reports on completed vacancies or their current status; * Prepares interview evaluation reports and recommendations, and schedules next steps together with managers and executives; * Sends job offers and salary agreements to candidates to initiate the onboarding process; * Schedules pre-employment and post-employment medical examinations together with the Occupational Safety Technical Officer; * Assists in job posting and social media outreach; * Conducts exit interviews, with evaluations from managers and executives, for knowledge gathering and quarterly results presentation; * Monitors probationary period expirations together with unit, farm, and Cambé Administrative managers; * Compiles candidate files and requests documents from approved candidates, and prepares onboarding process descriptions and proposals for submission to the HR Department; * Creates job postings and manages their status in the Pipefy system, including closing them; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Specialization in People Management or Organizational Psychology; * Prior experience in the field is a plus. 2512190202551888500
