





**Description** We are seeking a Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) Analyst to act as an agent of transformation in people management. The professional will be responsible for planning and executing essential Training & Development (T&D) routines, supporting the Performance Management Cycle, and promoting initiatives that strengthen team culture and engagement. If you are passionate about developing human potential and driving organizational growth, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Conducts resume analysis and candidate profile assessment for the Recruitment and Selection (R&S) process; – Conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates whose profiles best match the position; – Updates and reports on completed job openings or provides accurate current status information for such openings; – Prepares interview evaluation reports and recommendations, and schedules next-stage interviews in coordination with managers and executive leadership; – Sends job offers and salary agreements to candidates to initiate the hiring process; – Schedules pre-employment and termination medical examinations in coordination with the Occupational Health and Safety Technical Officer; – Assists in job posting dissemination across job boards and social media platforms; – Conducts exit interviews, incorporating feedback from managers and executive leadership, and presents quarterly results; – Monitors probation period expirations in coordination with unit managers, farms, and the Cambé Administrative Department; – Compiles candidate files and requests required documents from approved candidates, and prepares admission process documentation and job offers for submission to the HR Department; – Creates job postings and manages their lifecycle—including tracking progress and closing—within the Pipefy system; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Specialization in People Management or Organizational Psychology. – Prior experience in this field is preferred.
