OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Update purchase spreadsheets for products required by distributors using systems (Promax, Bees Revenda, Citrix), supporting the operations team in purchasing necessary products and quantities; * Prepare allocation plans by analyzing demand indicators and inventory availability, prioritizing the trailer to be used and ensuring maximum load utilization; * Send warehouses information regarding quantities of each stock in transit for receipt; * Ensure acquisition of draft beer and Marketplace products as defined by the commercial area, through analysis of the system (Bees Revenda), and place orders with the company; * Adjust orders in the system before forwarding them to each carrier for loading, ensuring distributors do not receive unnecessary products and that the correct trailer is loaded according to each distributor’s order; * Schedule trailers for loading at the factory via the system (Track and Trace), entering order details, license plate, and time slot, and perform mirroring to coordinate order loading at factories; verify whether license plates are transmitting GPS tracking signals for distributor security; * Manage TMA (average service time) between distributors and brewery to optimize trailer travel flow; * Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures; * Collaborate with other departments across group companies to achieve corporate objectives and targets; * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines; * Proficiency in process mapping tools; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.); * Project management expertise (PMI, Scrum, etc.); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Assertive/effective communication; * Analytical mindset and capability; * Flexibility (adaptability to change); * Results orientation (focus on outcomes); * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Integrity and professional ethics; * Collaboration; * Safety culture; * Autonomy and proactivity; * **Position open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD)**; * Additional information: Emotional and physical wellness program (CARE); Driver’s license-friendly policy; Discounts with partner organizations. **Work Location:** Southern Industrial District \- Sinop **Benefits:** SESC Association, Health Insurance Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
