Document organization and forwarding RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS Receive customers in stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations; Carry out sales of additional services offered by the company; Perform cash opening and closing. Verify and monitor reservations in the system to organize vehicle availability, aiming to reduce fleet idleness; Identify and register customers on-site and in the system, with document verification and validation; Open, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc; Classify, separate, organize, and forward documents related to rental processes to the store's administrative departments; Open service orders required for vehicle availability to support store operations and customer service; Occasionally deliver and receive rented vehicles, performing inspection procedures (check\-list); Open, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS TECHNICAL: Completed high school education; Valid and permanent driver's license (CNH); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). BEHAVIORAL: Strong communication skills and courtesy; Dynamism; Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule, including weekends Fixed salary \+ commission.
