





Description: Requirements and qualifications * Over 18 years of age; * Completed high school education with academic transcript or certificate of completion; * With or without experience (prior experience in customer service is a plus); * Computer literacy; * Good diction (speech) and writing skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to professionally handle challenging situations and dissatisfied customers; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; * Basic computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new systems; * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Valid documentation: Work Card (CTPS), Voter ID, High School Completion Certificate, and Military Service Certificate (for males). What we expect you to perform: * Receptive customer service (voice-based SAC) to address inquiries regarding bill disputes, requests for duplicate bills, gas connection/disconnection, and general questions—essential service; * Answer customer phone calls courteously, efficiently, and professionally. * Provide accurate information about company services, including tariffs, invoices, and operational procedures. * Promptly resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Salary: R$ 1,518.00 + R$ 312.00 (Meal or Food Allowance). * Shift schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off. * Availability for on-site work in Santana – São Paulo/SP. 2512070202191007803
