The Loading and Unloading Assistant is responsible for assisting the driver during deliveries, actively participating in the handling, organization, and storage of goods. Together with the driver, ensures that loading and unloading processes are carried out efficiently and safely, guaranteeing that products arrive at their destination in perfect condition and within established deadlines. This professional plays an essential role in the company's logistics, requiring physical fitness, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent teamwork. * Assist the driver during delivery routes, helping meet scheduled times. * Participate in the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, ensuring product integrity. * Organize items inside the vehicle strategically, aiming for safety and space optimization. * Check products during loading and unloading, verifying they match invoices or orders. * Communicate with customers upon delivery, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner. * Identify and report damages, losses, or irregularities in transported products. * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and loading/unloading areas. * Follow safety regulations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during task execution. * Collaborate with the driver to resolve problems or unexpected issues that may arise during deliveries. * Support other logistical activities as directed by the supervisor or driver.
