Job Summary:
Assist in the operation and maintenance of grain and biomass handling, treatment, loading, and unloading processes, ensuring departmental organization and safety.

Unload grains using a tipper and clean trucks;
Supervise biomass truck unloading and clean trucks;
Supervise and, when necessary, perform DDGS truck loading;
Receive and inspect incoming corn/biomass for grading using appropriate tools;
Open and close warehouse discharge spouts;
Clean tunnels, elevator pits, belt tail ends, and hoppers;
Remove impurities from pre-cleaning equipment and disc sieves;
Perform aerial loading of DDGS and corn;
Conduct pre-shipment truck checklists and apply seals;
Clean the machinery house, highway scales, chipmeter, and the entire department;
Support external and internal yard operations by directing drivers according to queues and positioning for biomass truck unloading;
Receive and inspect biomass and corn trucks; receive and verify related shipping documents; measure trucks; classify biomass, grains, and other products;
Participate in inventory and other operational areas; provide support to other operational areas as needed;
Clean, and perform other duties inherent to the department;
Perform job-related tasks while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); promptly report any activity posing risks to one’s own or colleagues’ health to the immediate supervisor;
Carry out responsibilities in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information;
Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through continuous organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace;
Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist in grain, corn DDGS meal, biomass, and other related production process treatment, cleaning, loading, and unloading procedures, as well as maintenance and inspection tasks; perform less complex tasks related to grain and biomass classification and dispatch, aiming to continuously improve departmental productivity and efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION.
