Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the Rotisserie/Snack Bar team and processes, focusing on customers and results, managing people, ensuring compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality standards and customer service **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for coordinating the Rotisserie/Snack Bar team and processes, focusing on customers and results, based on company policies and values; * Coordinate department operations (organization, production, supply, cleaning, pricing, and shelf-life control), ensuring execution according to department procedures; * Supervise the team using the people management model and management approvals, monitoring headcount and terminations, conducting interviews, meetings, training sessions, performance evaluations, requests for position/salary adjustments, and working hour control; * Monitor compliance with occupational safety and food safety regulations within the department; * Oversee menu development/new product creation and coordinate dish preparation, including savory items, according to recipes, maintaining the company's quality standards; * Coordinate customer service and implementation of the company’s Customer Service Standards across the team, providing necessary guidance; * Coordinate other department/store activities as required by the company and management directives. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Ongoing undergraduate studies in Nutrition, Management, Administration, or Engineering; * Prior experience in management or within the sector; * Leadership skills, customer/quality focus, and strong communication ability; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWDs.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free meals at work, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
