Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics operations at the plant, ensuring efficient, safe, and continuous flow. Key Highlights: 1. Serves as the focal point for carriers and logistics partners A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all logistics operations conducted within and immediately around the plant, ensuring efficient, safe, and continuous flow. Directly manages yard operations, receipt of general inputs, and product dispatch, ensuring compliance with deadlines, safety standards, legal requirements, and company operational standards * Supervise activities related to corn, biomass, chemicals, and other product receipts, including sorting, document verification, weighing, and storage allocation. * Coordinate product dispatch, such as ethanol, animal nutrition products, corn oil, and other items, ensuring smooth flow and compliance with commercial contracts. * Ensure proper vehicle flow in the yard, avoiding queues, bottlenecks, and interference with industrial operations. * Ensure alignment among logistics scheduling, operational capacity, and plant pace. * Coordinate yard, scale, and sorting teams, ensuring operational discipline, organization, and safety. * Define and monitor vehicle release criteria, cargo prioritization, and formation of logistics buffer zones where applicable. * Proactively mitigate risks of fraud and weighing errors. * Serve as the plant's focal point for carriers, drivers, and logistics operators. * Support the commercial and procurement areas in enabling logistics for CIF and FOB operations. * Address operational incidents, delays, non-conformities, and deviations with logistics partners. * Ensure drivers and third parties comply with site access and stay safety requirements. * Monitor use of PPE, signage, internal speed limits, and emergency procedures. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to product transportation and storage. * Lead, train, and develop operational teams under their responsibility. * Prepare work schedules, monitor working hours, absenteeism, and team performance. * Promote a culture of operational discipline, safety, and continuous improvement. * Work closely with the team, serving as a technical and behavioral reference. * Collaborate integrally with industrial, commercial, procurement, billing, quality, security, and IT departments. * Ensure alignment among production scheduling, inventory, sales, and logistics capacity. Requirements: * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Power BI * ERP System: Senior / GATEC * Strong knowledge of industrial logistics and grain and liquid operations; * Experience in yard management, scale operations, and operational control; * Leadership ability and decision-making capability under pressure; * Familiarity with fiscal documentation and billing processes; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication; * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication and negotiation skills with carriers; * Focus on safety, compliance, and operational discipline; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including spreadsheet and report handling;
