Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of building installations, including electrical, plumbing, and civil works, performing general repairs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Compliance with safety regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations, including electrical, plumbing, and civil systems; * Assist in painting, masonry, and general repair tasks; * Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems; * Participate in organizing and controlling tools and materials used in maintenance activities; * Respond to internal service requests, ensuring promptness and quality in delivery; * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs; * Assist in implementing improvements and adjustments in the company's common areas; * Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of building maintenance and electrical installations; * Ability to perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks; * Capacity for teamwork and good communication; * **Note: Candidates from other locations are welcome, provided they are willing to relocate to Sinop/MT.** **Work Location:** Rural area of Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit Sharing (PLR), Meal Voucher
