Job Summary: Responsible for performing general cleaning and factory organization, assisting in labeling, cleaning and preparing trucks, and handling fertilizers. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of fertilizers and equipment control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for performing general cleaning and factory organization, assisting in packaging labeling, cleaning and preparing trucks, organizing and calling trucks for loading, filling bags with fertilizers using specific equipment, loading bagged cargo onto trucks, collecting samples, sealing packages, sealing trucks, receiving raw materials for unloading into their respective bays, monitoring product unloading on conveyor belts, and ensuring they operate correctly; * Monitor the performance of production area equipment; * Carry out duties pertinent to the position; * Maintain and keep equipment and adjacent areas clean and organized, in accordance with safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience with fertilizers is a plus. **Work Location:** Rural Area \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Profit Sharing Plan \- PPR, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Productivity Bonus (R$1\.100,00\*per company guidelines), Transportation (Home/Workplace\-at no cost to the employee)
