Job Summary: Responsible for leading the team and departmental processes, with a focus on customers and results, ensuring departmental operations and people management. Key Highlights: 1. Affirmative position – Available for PwD **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead the team and departmental processes, focusing on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee departmental operations (organization, restocking, cleaning, pricing, and shelf-life control), ensure compliance with departmental procedures, complete checklists, and implement necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Lead the team using the company's people management model and with management approvals: handle job requisitions and terminations, conduct interviews, hold meetings and training sessions, request position and salary adjustments, perform performance evaluations, monitor working hours, and apply disciplinary measures; * Manage departmental inventory and losses, performing required controls in accordance with established procedures; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and enforcement; * Maintain the department’s physical infrastructure, procuring supplies and arranging necessary maintenance and repairs, subject to management approval; * Ensure customer service standards are met, providing the team with appropriate guidance per company service standards; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and per leadership direction. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Technical or undergraduate program in progress, in Administration, Management, or Production Engineering; * Knowledge and experience in management or the refrigerated department; * Leadership skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PwD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snack, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
