Monitor industrial assembly, performing technical supervision, analyzing material procurement needs, and inspecting assembly work, piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. **Responsibilities and duties** * Organize and supervise third-party companies, ensuring compliance with company procedures; * Work within the Manufacturing area, supervising and controlling the execution of activities, action plans, and established processes; monitoring and managing teams and activities related to the assembly of kits, parts, components, devices, machine sections, equipment, tools, among others; * Monitor the quality of procedures and assembled products; guide the team regarding procedures and tasks to be performed; ensure the availability of equipment, work tools, and necessary personal protective equipment required for carrying out job tasks, as well as perform other related and inherent duties; * Measure executed services to control scheduled progress and quality; * Analyze requests for replacement parts for the industry, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly according to project specifications; * Prepare construction follow-up spreadsheets and reports, monitoring results to ensure project completion within expected deadlines and quality standards; * Interpret technical drawings; * Monitor physical and financial schedules; * Perform job duties in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any activity posing health risks to themselves or coworkers to their immediate supervisor; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under their responsibility, promptly reporting any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed; Experience in the field; Completed postgraduate degree. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal voucher; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit sharing (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
