Role Mission: Coordinate and oversee the development of vertical real estate products, acting as the interface between the company and third-party firms across multiple disciplines (urban planning, architecture, engineering, environmental studies, traffic engineering, etc.), ensuring projects comply with the company’s strategic, technical, legal, and financial guidelines while aligning quality, schedule, and cost. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee the development of vertical developments (residential, commercial, or mixed-use), ensuring alignment with company strategy, deadlines, legislation, and quality standards. * Act as the interface between the company and third-party firms (architecture, engineering, legalization, landscaping, technical consulting, etc.), ensuring integration among involved disciplines. * Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical milestones. * Analyze technical feasibility and efficiency of developments, focusing on commercial attractiveness, construction rationality, and cost control. * Ensure technical compatibility among different disciplines (architecture, structural engineering, building systems, complementary and legal projects). * Support construction cost analysis and budget validation in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and planning departments. * Collaborate in defining architectural programming and product differentiators. * Supervise legal approval procedures with public authorities. * Represent the technical area in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Cost Engineering, or related fields is considered an advantage. * Ability to read and critically analyze architectural, infrastructure, and complementary projects; preliminary construction cost estimation and analysis. * Knowledge of urban legislation and public authority approval processes. * Planning and schedule control (MS Project or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
