Description: Technical course or completed degree; Relevant work experience. * Conduct visits and inspect the company's operational areas to detect, record, and resolve unsafe conditions in the workplace, as well as reorient and supervise employees regarding compliance with safety regulations, correct procedures, and proper use of tools, machines, and various equipment; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety to raise employee awareness; * Guide and support, when necessary, accident investigations, focusing on identifying root causes, as well as developing action plans and corrective or preventive measures; * Monitor general maintenance services, ensuring safety in the workplace environment and appropriate behavior during execution of correct procedures, as well as installation/implementation of new processes—informing oneself or guiding their operation to prevent accidents; * Inspect, register, and distribute fire extinguishers; monitor emergency systems (hydrants and alarms) and expiration dates of charges; send them for external inspection; maintain them in perfect working condition; * Keep occupational safety documentation up to date to comply with applicable regulations and legislation; * Stay updated on legislation governing occupational safety regulations and procedures, as well as emerging best practices; * Prepare the PPP (Previdenciário Profissiográfico Profile), collecting employees' personal data and identifying occupational hazards they are exposed to, then forwarding it to employees; * Conduct onboarding for new employees, informing them about safety regulations and providing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms; * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and participating in expert assessments; propose workplace corrections related to layout, machine/tool usage, and procedures; document and report accident information for statistical control and targeted or collective corrective and preventive actions; * Update the PPRA (Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais / Environmental Risk Prevention Program) in accordance with Regulatory Standards, aiming to anticipate and control environmental risks present in the company; * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Support planning and delivery of periodic safety training for employees, as well as onboarding for new employees and third parties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting employee awareness and understanding; * Advise responsible departments on compliance with occupational safety regulatory standards across the entire company, and monitor internal and external signage systems; * Conduct safety inspections at the factory and field sites to assess potential unsafe conditions and acts, notify relevant departments or involved employees, and collect signatures to minimize accident risks and enhance employee awareness and sensitivity; * Conduct periodic inspections of the fire suppression system, checking hydrants and fire extinguishers, sending them for recharge when necessary, and conducting theoretical and practical refresher training for the fire brigade; * Accompany inspections conducted by external agencies regarding occupational safety, clarify doubts and inquiries, and submit required documents to competent authorities (DRT, labor unions); * Conduct periodic safety inspections in tank farm areas, verifying leaks and installations; * Drive the ambulance during emergency responses and assist in administering first aid and handling emergency situations; * Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, consistently using all mandatory PPE required for the position and department; and promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues; * Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the supervisor of any problems or damages detected. 251204020218525493
