





**Mission** The Manager is responsible for supervising all daily operations of the establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the team, and guaranteeing that financial and operational targets are met. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of restaurant management practices. **Daily Responsibilities** * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction; * Monitor and maintain hygiene and food safety standards; * Manage inventory control, place orders, and control costs; * Establish work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels; * Motivate and develop the team to achieve high performance and engagement; * Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally; * Ensure customers receive high-quality service and a satisfying experience; * Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and profits, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial targets; * Manage the restaurant’s budget, control costs, and maximize profitability; * Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations; * Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
