Come join our team and become a Med Member **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the primary contact point for Petrobras and the contract team; * Manage the contract: headcount control, ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), SMS programs and actions, training, activity reports, incident records, etc.; * Monitor the contract team's electronic timekeeping; * Perform contract measurement; * Track contract balance; * Administratively organize demands from Petrobras; * Ensure staff availability; * Manage accounts payable related to the contract; * Operate internal MED+ management workflows and tools (Fluig, GUPY, etc.) for job openings, certificate submissions, reimbursements, procurement, etc.; * Other responsibilities related to contract and team management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration; * Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in leadership or personnel management roles, verified via employment record book (CTPS) or employer declaration. **Additional Information** SALARY BRL 3000.00 VA BRL 20.00 44 HOURS PER WEEK HEALTH PLAN DENTAL PLAN TOTAL PASS **Join Grupo Med+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med+, the largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure in Brazil.
