Responsible for leading the entire maintenance strategy for heavy and light fleets, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational safety. Manages planning of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; internal and external workshop management; cost control; contracts; and supplier performance. Requires in-depth technical knowledge of automotive maintenance, fleet management, indicator analysis, compliance, and telematics systems. Behavioral profile: strategic, analytical, results-oriented, with assertive leadership, clear communication, strong decision-making ability, and skill in managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments. Willingness to reside in Salvador/BA.
