




**Finance Administration Internship** The intern will work in the finance department, supporting the administrative routines of the compounding pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain practical experience in financial management, cash flow control, and administrative processes within the pharmaceutical sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Support bank reconciliation and financial data entry into the system; * Invoice individual (PF) customer orders; * Assist in issuing bills and managing collections for corporate (PJ) clients; * Assist in issuing bills and managing collections; * Support the organization and filing of financial documents; * Assist in gathering information for managerial reports; * Provide internal support and administrative assistance to other departments within the company. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; **Preferred Qualifications** * Reside near the Padre Eustáquio neighborhood or be a student at PUC – Coração Eucarístico; * Interest in or familiarity with the pharmaceutical/compounding sector is preferred. **Advantages** * Familiarity with financial management systems; * Prior experience with administrative or financial tasks (even informal). **Benefits** * Stipend: R$1,000.00; * Transportation allowance: R$350.00; **Schedule** * 6 hours per day; * Afternoon shift; * Hours: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
