**ACTIVITIES** * Implement the project governance methodology, including portfolio management, prioritization, rituals, and executive reporting. * Develop schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6), WBS, S-curves, and physical-financial KPIs. * Monitor implementation, retrofit, and expansion projects of industrial plants, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget. * Perform risk management, CAPEX management, cash flow management, and variance analysis. * Conduct critical performance analyses of industrial equipment, including equipment of Chinese origin. * Support commissioning, start-up, and performance validation of equipment and systems. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, or related fields). * Prior experience in base industries: steelmaking, mining, cement, or aggregates. * Experience in industrial implementation, retrofit, or expansion projects. * Solid experience in portfolio management, CAPEX/OPEX, and contracts. * Proficiency in scheduling, physical-financial analysis, and planning tools. * Fluent English for conducting negotiations and dealings with international suppliers. * Postgraduate qualifications and certifications such as PMP®, PMI-RMP®, or PMI-SP® are advantageous.
