




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software on computers and notebooks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on PCs and notebooks. 2. Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software incidents. 3. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on computers and notebooks. * Replace and install hardware components (e.g., memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, expansion cards, etc.). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and adherence to information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (Class B) for field travel. * Own notebook. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for notebook and desktop maintenance. * Minimum of five 32GB USB flash drives for technical tasks.
