Maintenance Planning Intern

#### **About the vacancy:** We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Intern to join our team and support management and optimization activities of maintenance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, develop skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, and control, and contribute to the operational efficiency of our assets. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in the development and updating of preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Support the scheduling and dispatching of maintenance work orders. * Collaborate in the analysis of maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability. * Assist in data and information management within the maintenance management system (CMMS/ERP). * Participate in the creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to maintenance. * Support the organization and control of technical and historical equipment documentation. * Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance planning and execution processes. * Provide support in communication and coordination with field teams and other company departments. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automation and Control, or related fields) or in Technical programs in Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnology, from the 3rd semester onwards. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. #### **Desirable requirements (differentiators):** * Basic knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM, TOTVS, Maximo). * Familiarity with maintenance concepts (preventive, predictive, corrective). * Prior experience in academic projects or volunteer work in the industrial sector. #### **Benefits:** Internship stipend and transportation allowance. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
