Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the availability of IT resources, handling, logging, and resolving IT requests, and administering operational technology platforms. In all markets, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across corporate segments and first/second homes for middle- and high-income customers. **Your Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with customer requirements (SLA / service level) regarding the availability of IT resources through request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks or Information Systems is desirable.
