Responsible for carrying out maintenance planning and control activities to meet the demands of active contracts and new contracts. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze preventive maintenance tasks jointly with the maintenance/operations team; * Critically analyze and propose improvement actions for maintenance work plans; * Request material or equipment specifications from Engineering for maintenance material registration; * Prepare purchase requests in the system/ERP; * Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish and enhance the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program; * Register new materials in the ERP system; * Critically analyze, together with Engineering, the need for spare parts replenishment from inventory; * Conduct critical analysis of maintenance performance indicators and participate in developing action plans; * Conduct audits of maintenance and operations processes jointly with the Maintenance Manager; * Critically analyze records to preserve equipment history quality; * Visual Management Board for Performance Indicators: Assemble and maintain an updated indicator dashboard, gathering information from the system and editing it into Tecnogera’s standard format; * Critically analyze the planning of tasks scheduled in maintenance orders: labor, materials, equipment, safety procedures, and technical documentation of operational standards; * Critically review maintenance orders regarding completeness, pending items, and productivity to ensure high-quality closure in the system/ERP; * Request Engineering to develop technical scopes for service contracting, implementation of improvements, and resolution of chronic issues; * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and PDCA; * Act as a facilitator to disseminate a culture of best maintenance practices across the organization.
