If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and duties** #### **Your day-to-day will be:** * Ensure loading completion within the planned time for Route vehicles, DA \- Authorized Distributor, and TR \- Transfer, meeting quality and safety standards; * Ensure quality and efficiency when receiving trucks from Route, Transfer, or Suppliers, aiming for accuracy between physical and accounting quantities, as well as higher product availability; * Ensure production reporting accurately reflects physical receipt, guaranteeing discipline in the second verification of shift records, aiming to ensure correct reporting and reduce inventory discrepancies; * Ensure products are handled according to FEFO policy to prevent product losses due to expiration; * Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, warehouse cleanliness, and organization, aiming for product quality and efficient warehouse utilization; * Safeguard company assets to prevent damage and extend their useful life; * Comply with and enforce guidelines related to the IMS \- Integrated Management System: Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Develop the team by transmitting necessary organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies for task execution and employee development. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **What you need to have:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in logistics operations; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. #### **It will be a differentiator if you:** * Have experience in vehicle loading and unloading operations; * Are proficient in warehouse management processes and routines; * Have experience leading medium to large-sized operational teams. **Working Hours:** 6x1 09:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 18:00 Mon to Fri / 13:00 \- 17:00 Sat **Additional information** #### **See other benefits of being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine, with multiple specialties including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Health Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
